Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. During the holiday season (orders placed Nov 1–Dec 31), returns are accepted until January 15.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition received.
- All original tags, dust bag, box, documentation, and accessories must be included.
- The tamper-evident authenticity seal must be intact and unbroken.
- No signs of wear, creasing, scratches, stains, odors, or alterations.
What’s Not Returnable
- Final sale or marked “Last Chance”.
- Items used, damaged, or missing tags/packaging/docs.
- Removed or tampered authenticity seal.
- Gift cards and store credit purchases.
- Certain special orders or personalized items as noted on product pages.
Pre-orders: You may cancel before shipment for a full refund. After delivery, pre-orders follow the standard 30-day policy above.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Full-price U.S. orders: Prepaid return label provided at no cost.
- Discounted/sale items: A $12.95 label fee may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No restocking fee when items meet condition standards. If cleaning or reconditioning is required, up to 10% may be deducted; we’ll notify you first.
Exchanges
One complimentary exchange per order within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability and condition inspection.
- Even exchanges: We ship your new item after receiving and verifying the return.
- Price differences: We’ll invoice or refund the difference accordingly.
How to Start a Return
- Submit the form below or email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Receive your RMA and prepaid label (if eligible).
- Pack securely with all original materials and seal the box.
- Drop off at the carrier stated on your label and keep the receipt.
Refunds
- Inspection takes 1–3 business days from delivery to our facility.
- Refunds to original payment: 3–10 business days after approval (timing depends on your bank or payment provider).
- PayPal refunds typically post within 1–3 business days.
- Store credit issues instantly upon approval.
For gifts, refunds go to the original purchaser. Upon request, we can issue store credit to the recipient instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right quickly.

- We will send a prepaid label and prioritize a replacement or refund.
Price Adjustments
One price adjustment within 7 days of your order date if the identical item goes on sale and is in stock. Excludes final sale and limited-release items.
