Order Tracking

We’ll email your tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also reply to your confirmation email for updates.

  • Tracking link activates once scanned by the carrier
  • Multiple‑item orders may ship separately
  • Pre‑shipment status can take up to 24 hours to update

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Address changes are possible before shipment only—contact us immediately
  • Undeliverable or refused packages may incur reshipment fees
  • For lost or damaged packages, contact us within 5 days of the last tracking update

For security, we cannot reroute packages to a different address once shipped. Delivery to freight forwarders may be declined.

Taxes & Duties

  • Applicable state and local sales tax calculated at checkout
  • No duties for U.S. shipments

Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET ship the next business day.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, via USPS for eligible methods. Expedited and Next‑Day shipments require a street address.
Can I request no signature?
For orders under $1,000, you may be able to waive signature at checkout where available. For orders $1,000+, signature is required for insurance and cannot be waived.
My tracking shows delivered, but I can’t find my package.
Please check with household members and neighbors first, and look for carrier delivery notes. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us at [email protected] so we can assist with a carrier trace.
How are pre‑order items shipped?
Pre‑orders ship within the timeframe noted on the product page. You’ll receive a separate shipment confirmation and tracking when the item leaves our facility.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We can cancel or edit orders before they ship. Contact [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.
